Banana Coconut Chia Pudding

A perfect breakfast meal for you to start the day with.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE PUDDING:
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • ½ teaspoons Cocoa Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Shredded Coconut
  • 100 milliliters Unsweetened Non Dairy Milk
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • ½ whole Banana
  • 1 teaspoon Peanut Butter

Preparation

Add pudding ingredients to a jar (or a small glass) and stir together. Tighten lid or cover with plastic wrap. Place chia pudding in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Slice banana into rounds and add on top of chia pudding. Drizzle peanut butter over bananas.
