Description

We’ve had some leftover pumpkin in the freezer for some time and we wanted to make a very simple, naturally sweetened recipe with just a few ingredients. Perfect for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
  • ½ whole Banana
  • ½ cups Roasted Pumpkin
  • 3 Tablespoons Rolled Oats
  • ⅛ teaspoons Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Hemp Protein
  • 150 milliliters Nondairy Milk
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Flakes

Preparation

Add smoothie ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour everything into a bowl. Add toppings.
